EXAMINING THE INTENTION TO USE MOBILE BANKING DURING PERIOD OF COVID-19: TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL WITH TRUST

Information technology highly contributes to the citizen's behavior in financial transactions. Bank clients intended use a mobile banking service as solution conduct bank transactions during COVID-19 Indonesia. Therefore, this article aims describe new idea for predicting intention with trust an extension of acceptance model. This study used survey questionnaire administered individuals who are non-user services and found 142 valid responses.
